Privacy Policy

Very little. There are no accounts, no newsletter and no database behind this site, so nothing you type into a form is stored here.

The booking request and Plan my trip forms do not send anything themselves. When you press send, they open WhatsApp with your message written out, including any name, email address, phone number, trip details and notes you entered. Nothing reaches us until you send that message in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy covers how your message is carried. If you email or phone us instead, we receive the details you choose to share.

We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a costing and, if you book, run your trip. For visitors in the UK and EEA, the legal basis is taking the steps you have asked for before a contract, and then carrying out that contract.

We only ask for identity details once your booking is confirmed, and only what a specific part of your trip needs. Never send them through this website's forms. Send them to us directly on WhatsApp or by email, not in a group chat.

We use them only to book your flights and apply for permits, and share them only with the airline or authority that needs them. For visitors in the UK and EEA, the legal basis is carrying out your booking, and meeting the legal requirements that come with tickets and permits.

We delete the ID numbers and document copies you sent us within 30 days of your trip ending, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or we need them to resolve a claim about your trip.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. It shows us things like the pages viewed, how long a visit lasted, the type of device and a rough location such as the country or city. It does not tell us who you are.

When you press send on one of our enquiry forms, it also records that an enquiry was started, which trip it was for and how many travellers. It never records your name, contact details or notes.

The Google Analytics code is not loaded until you accept. If you reject, or never answer, it is not loaded at all.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it for advertising: advertising and ad personalisation signals are switched off in how it is set up. Google keeps the detailed event data for no more than 14 months.

Google processes this data for us under its own terms, and may do so outside your country, including in the United States. For visitors in the UK and EEA, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This is everything this website itself saves on your device.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. Rejecting also removes the Google Analytics cookies this site has already set.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's own opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.

The contact page can show a Google Map of our office. It only loads when you choose Show map. Until then nothing is loaded from Google, and our address is written out on the page instead.

If you do show the map, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. The site does not remember that choice, so the map waits for you again on your next visit.

We do not sell personal information. On this website, the only other organisations involved are the ones named above: Google for analytics and the contact page map, Meta for WhatsApp, and our hosting provider for delivering the site. Each handles data under its own terms, and some process it outside your country, including in the United States.

If you book, we share what a supplier needs to provide your trip: names with airlines and hotels, and the identity details described above with the airline or permit authority that needs them.

This website keeps nothing about your enquiry. Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months, and your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Messages and emails you send us are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you book, to run the trip and keep the records the law requires. Passport and CNIC details are the exception: they are deleted within 30 days of your trip ending, as set out above.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before.

Email info@entradatravels.com with your request. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to object, to restrict how we use your information and to receive it in a portable form, and we will reply within one month. You can complain to your local data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.
